Description: Rustic yet elegant in style, The Casa Padronale spreads over 500 square meters. It is set on three floors with seven bedrooms, each one with its en-suite bathroom. The private pool extends for 27 meters. On the lower ground floor 3 double rooms with private bath in made of Ostuni stone , a 'Tavern' furnished with game table or lunch and bar corner , a comfortable seating area with cinema screen and home theatre system complete with DVD player and connectivity panel to connect your own contents to cable TV or Bluetooth, a relaxation area with a fireplace and from the lower floor, you can directly access the garden and the swimming pool. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen (with dryer and washing machine), Living room marked by the symmetry of the bookcases with sofas, armchairs, chaise longue, with a large stone fireplace large window open to the garden, a studio decorated with ceramics of Grottaglie and fabric paintings made by local artisans and its stone bathroom in Ostuni. There is also an Audio system with Ipod dock, which separate the environment from the adjacent dining room. On the first floor are 2 master bedrooms with canopy beds of soft gauze, 2 double bedrooms. All four rooms have large stone bathrooms in Ostuni stone. Included in yor stay are, a dedicated Local Adviser for the whole stay, a dedicated “Massaia” service for the whole stay, in charge of housekeeping and breakfast services, an in-Casa laundry service: your “massaia” will be providing washing and ironing services using the equipment available at the Casa (except for dry cleaning, which is outsourced and billed to your account), 1 green fee + 1 golf bag per person per stay (for guests older than 16) , 1 bicycle per person available throughout the stay (adults and children included) , 1 very special fiat 500 spiaggina (vintage open car converted to electric) to be used both within Borgo and outside and a “Happiness Check” at our Vair Spa for all guests over 18 y.o.
